Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Prioritize and execute daily merchandising needs.
• Provide in-aisle customer service and experience.
• Ensure proper facing and zone recovery.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes.
• Coordinate merchandising resets and off-shelf changes with Resets Coordinator.
• Read and implement planograms based on deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
