You will drive merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing accuracy, and staff scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a strong communicator with 2–4 years in retail and supervisory experience, you will coach teams, conduct training, and coordinate events and promotions while maintaining high standards of service

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist in staffing, training, and scheduling; coach associates to improve performance.
• Maintain merchandising standards, pricing, planograms, and UPC accuracy as directed by corporate.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and resolve issues with customers and staff.
• Coordinate with management on events, inventory control and annual performance planning.
