The role emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience, coaching staff for high performance, and maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales; Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure customer service excellence.
• Assist in staffing, interview processes, and training coordination.
• Maintain merchandising directives and planograms as set by Corporate Office.
• Drive departmental sales, gross margin, inventory control and payroll goals.
• Deliver a legendary customer experience by assessing needs and recommending products.
