Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Prairie du Chien, WI is looking for a Team Leader who will direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing and customer service under the supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager.

You will coach staff, organize schedules, and staff the department to ensure a positive shopping experience while contributing to sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Ability to analyze reports and manage merchandising and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and execute merchandising directives.
• Staff the department, coordinate training, and assist with performance appraisals.
• Maintain pricing, plan-o-grams, and UPC integrity; ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coach and motivate team to achieve sales and service goals.
