Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Supervisor at Willowbrook Mall in Wayne to lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will partner with store leadership to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and support training while delivering elevated service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver above-class customer experience.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and profitability.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Oversee stockroom organization, shipments, and product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand directives.
• Ensure inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing feedback.
