Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and foster an inclusive team culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of retail leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Travel minimal; physical tasks are required. The Hiring Range is $17.50–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and drive sales.
• Support leadership in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates for performance.
• Supervise daily store operations and floor coverage.
• Assist stockroom with inventory and shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment.
• Uphold safety, policies, and loss prevention.
