You will hire, onboard, train, and empower a team, fostering growth and high performance in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes coaching, process adherence, and delivering results through empowered staff.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience with sales targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching, developing talent, and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong in customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships with business customers.
• Drive sales leadership and use metrics to create action plans and achieve targets.
• Attract, train, develop, and engage associates with regular coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, Policies and Procedures; manage inventory and merchandising.
• Maintain daily team communications and ensure consistent use of sales tools.
