Job summary

The North Face in Las Vegas is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across engagement, merchandising and store standards. You will lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued over formal credentials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
