Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Foundational skills include coaching, communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom activities and inventory flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Uphold safety standards and store policies; promote inclusive team culture.
