Nike Factory Store in Livermore is seeking a Retail Supervisor who will lead daily customer service and store operations with a dynamic, fast-paced team. You will guide associates to meet sales goals while delivering the Nike experience that customers expect.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability and a strong belief in customer-first service. Availability for nights and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth within Nike’s store network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
