Nike, Inc. is hiring a Retail Supervisor at the Nike Factory Store in Carlsbad, CA. This full-time role involves a fast-paced environment with 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with a range up to $27.30 per hour based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. You will lead by example, focus on customer service, and guide the team to deliver the consumer journey in line with Nike's Service Principles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.

Responsibilities
