Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-service team. You’ll guide daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure customers have a top-tier shopping experience while meeting store goals.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail or consumer service, are 18+, and can work nights, weekends and holidays. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn about Nike products are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
