Responsibilities

Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
Coach and develop associates to maintain high engagement and productivity.
Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
