Responsibilities

• Lead the store's leadership team and drive best-in-class customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and sales goals.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations with inventory, receiving, and product flow to the floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
