Job summary

Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our retail team in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead the store team, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding merchandising standards and loss prevention practices.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage stockflow, and participate in onboarding new hires. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued more than credentials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
