Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to maximize sales and profitability while fostering an inclusive team culture and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and help achieve sales goals and productivity targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals and standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention practices; participate in community events.
