Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenishment.
• Ensure inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives.
• Uphold company policies and safety standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment.
