Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and coach team members.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
