Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and drive sales while upholding Vans’ brand standards and community involvement.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proven ability to coach teams, manage inventories, and maintain visual merchandising. This is a part-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability through store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and support the leadership team.
• Monitor progress toward sales goals and KPIs; help the team achieve targets.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store procedures.
