This role partners with the Store Manager to maintain standards and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or food service, a focus on teamwork and communication, and familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Leadership – A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Operations – Scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Tech comfort – POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
• Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
