Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away to drive performance and maintain standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team.
