The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year leadership experience, and comfort with POS systems and basic software. A ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Comfort with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
