Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a strong retail leader to support store leadership, guide the team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes, and drive performance through coaching and effective operations. You will lead by example, ensure product knowledge, and uphold store procedures to meet targets and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes developing staff, managing daily store activities, and maintaining high standards across merchandising, service quality, and financial results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
