T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Team Lead to support store leadership, coach the retail team, and drive customer-focused service and sales results. You will focus on coaching, training, product knowledge, and operational management to help the store meet targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, merchandising, and efficiency metrics while offering a competitive compensation package and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
