Job summary

Boot Factory Outlet in Orlando seeks a Key Holder to support daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist with opening/closing procedures. This role focuses on leadership development, teamwork, and maintaining an organized, customer-friendly sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous leadership and boots-wearing comfort preferred; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team success.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable wearing western boots while working.
• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Support management with daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
• Maintain knowledge of store products, policies, and operational procedures.
• Help train and support new team members.
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Promote teamwork and a positive store culture.
