Boot Factory Outlet in Orlando is seeking a reliable Key Holder to support store leadership and daily operations. You will help open and close, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology.

As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You’ll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures.
