Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Attending and completing all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and mentor hourly associates; assign duties and recognize performance.
• Lead store teams; monitor store operations, merchandising and customer service; drive sales and financial performance.
• Promote a culture of belonging and integrity consistent with Walmart values.
