• Preferred BS in Business Management and Leadership and experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, hire, train, and mentor associates.
• Ensure customer needs and feedback are resolved with high service standards.
• Monitor store operations, budgeting, and merchandising to meet goals.
• Promote a culture of belonging and Open Door policy adherence.
