• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, and providing feedback to improve store operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and Walmart One Best Way model are followed and that customer needs and complaints are resolved.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring P&L, budgeting, and optimizing inventory, merchandising, and operations.
