This role emphasizes community engagement and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualified applicants hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience, PTIN, and state licenses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally, growing the client base and driving loyalty.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
