Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships within the community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return prep and tax advisory services on-site.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador.
