Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and help clients navigate complex tax situations, while engaging with the community to grow the client base. The role requires on-site presence, a tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) or active PTIN, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for filing taxes.
• Ability to work onsite in TurboTax Retail locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local community and marketing efforts to grow client base.
• Work onsite in a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends.
