Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building local relationships and a thriving client base in the community.

On-site role, with a strong pay-for-performance package. Active EA/CPA or attorney license, PTIN, and state licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert with content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow the client base through outreach and long-term relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach leveraging TurboTax tools.
