Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships. As a front-line advisor, you’ll provide tax preparation, planning, and software support, grow the local client base, and work with a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients; lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide Tax Expertise: give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services; uncover deductions and provide tax planning advice; use government resources and team expertise for accurate solutions.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: maintain professionalism, help clients achieve financial goals, build long-term relationships, and assist with on-site and virtual interactions.
