Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve clients in person, delivering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building strong community relationships.

This on-site, part-time role requires an active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney), a valid PTIN, and the ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, content creation for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
