Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support directly to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering outstanding service. The role emphasizes community engagement, proactive marketing, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, nurture leads, and support local marketing efforts.
• Provide Tax Expertise: give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handle simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: create an exceptional customer experience, build long-term trust, and assist with inquiries and tax challenges.
