Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts, delivering full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will build relationships in the local community, grow the client base, and provide clear explanations in plain language. A license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN, plus 20+ hours weekly, are expected; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help resolve tax-related challenges.
