Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will deliver tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building strong relationships within the local community.

This role is non-exempt and onsite, requiring at least 20 hours per week. Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorneys) and PTIN are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus as you engage with diverse clients and grow a

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Ability to operate in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform calculations, optimize deductions, and offer personalized tax planning guidance.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team support to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
