Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

Applicants should hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN and enjoy engaging with clients in a fast-paced retail setting. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, and a uniform is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in a front-facing retail environment and build local relationships.
