Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors in our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax advice, prep services, and support clients in-person, with a focus on community engagement and exceptional customer service.

Active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN are required, plus a willingness to work onsite up to 20+ hours per week. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and experience with tax software and CRM tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax returns 30+ per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week in TurboTax retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
