Job summary

Intuit seeks proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

You will engage with customers in-person, participate in local marketing, and represent TurboTax in the community as a trusted advisor. Flexibility includes evening and weekend hours in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred with PTIN.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax and engage the local community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
