Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and professional guidance to customers in person.

You will build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax network, and support marketing efforts while representing Intuit in the community. This role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.
