Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the community, lead local marketing efforts, and leverage marketing support to build a thriving business alongside you and your community. This is a non-exempt, on-site role in the US.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax in the community and be the local face.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to clients.
• Support local marketing efforts and make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews for deductions and planning.
• Use resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and long-term relationships.
• Interact in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help overcome tax challenges.
