Job summary

Intuit in the United States is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You’ll provide in-person tax prep, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers to build local relationships.

As part of a marketing-driven, community-focused team, you’ll grow the customer base, deliver exceptional service, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes through accurate tax solutions and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
