Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to deliver accurate solutions and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation exp filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to build local communities and online presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and grow client base.
