Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs while building a local client base. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, cultivating relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA, CPA, or attorney) preferred and strong tax prep knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040 filings.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work on-site at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
