Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs using TurboTax products and professional guidance.

In this role, you’ll build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and drive loyalty through friendly, accurate tax preparation, consultations, and marketing-supported outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN eligibility required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, generating leads and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
