Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers with software usage while engaging with the local community.

The role emphasizes building trust, growing client relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires on-site presence and a commitment to providing accurate tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Grow the local client base by engaging with the community and building long-term relationships.
