Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work on-site with a collaborative team of financial professionals, serving in-person customers who use Intuit TurboTax products and providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will build relationships, grow the local client base, and leverage marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Undertake discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize tax outcomes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
