Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, complete tax return preparation, and offer software support to customers in person.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional service in a friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
